It is at the sole discretion of Assignment Labs to terminate any paid order or an order request in the event the client demonstrates lack of interest or communication that influences order completion. The company may also cancel any order at its own decision under the following scenarios as well:
It must be noted that in the aforementioned circumstances, the company doesn't assure any refund. Furthermore, each case will be assessed separately and dealt with accordingly.
Should there is a lapse detected on the company's (Assignment Labs) side with regards to order completion failure, the company will be liable to guarantee the client reimbursement.
